PITTSBURGH, PA — Level has been named a Silver Stevie® Award winner in the Achievement in AI-Powered Marketing Strategy category at the 2026 American Business Awards®.
The winning program was developed in partnership with Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), one of the largest aviation maintenance training providers in the United States. Facing rising media costs and a growing gap between lead volume and actual enrollment, AIM needed a smarter way to identify which prospects were most likely to apply before budget was allocated toward them.
Level responded by deploying Level.Signal, the AI-powered activation layer of the proprietary Level Intelligence Suite. Level built a custom propensity model using AIM’s first-party data, real user behavior, and media interaction patterns to predict application likelihood ahead of bidding. Those predictions fed into Google Ads through Value-Based Bidding, sharpening campaign performance across Google Search, YouTube, and AI Max placements. The system continuously refined its predictions as real enrollment outcomes came back in, improving accuracy over time.
The program was validated across a full application cycle before scaling, ensuring that performance gains reflected genuine enrollment results. Application rate increased 68%, total applications grew 48%, and cost per application fell 30%. Admissions teams gained more time to focus on high-intent prospects, and marketing investment worked measurably harder throughout the funnel.
