Prior to joining Level, Lisa served as Chief Client Officer at AMP Agency and spent more than 20 years at Upshot, where she rose to EVP of Marketing and Strategy and helped shape the agency’s global reputation. Over her career, she has partnered with iconic brands including Starbucks, Google, and Nestlé, and is known for aligning strategy, structure, and talent to deliver sustained business results.
