FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PITTSBURGH, PA — March 9, 2026 — Level Agency, a digital marketing agency built on the belief that good enough isn’t, today announced the appointment of Lisa Hurst as Chief Client Officer. In this newly created executive role, Hurst will lead Level’s client services organization, strengthening partnerships with brands navigating complex, high-consideration markets and ensuring clients experience the full impact of Level’s AI-enhanced growth system.

Hurst brings nearly 30 years of agency and brand leadership to Level. She most recently served as Chief Client Officer at AMP Agency, where she built and led the client services function from 2024 through early 2026. Before AMP, she spent more than two decades at Upshot Agency, progressing from account management through SVP and ultimately to EVP of Marketing and Strategy, where she played a central role in building the agency’s global reputation and securing long-term partnerships with brands including Starbucks, Google, Salem Five Bank, and Nestle Professional. Earlier in her career, she held brand management roles at Procter & Gamble and GBC. Hurst holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.

Throughout her career, Hurst has developed a track record of aligning strategy, structure, and talent to drive measurable growth, helping agencies integrate, evolve go-to-market models, and implement revenue frameworks supporting $100M+ in business and delivering over 20% growth year over year. Recognized as one of ADWEEK’s 2026 Architects of Culture, an honor recognizing senior marketing and advertising leaders who build environments where talent thrives and business results follow, Hurst brings to Level a belief that brand equity and demand generation are not competing forces but a single, compounding system.

“Lisa is the kind of leader who makes clients feel the difference — not just in results, but in the relationship. She has spent her career building client partnerships that actually move businesses, and she does it by aligning the right strategy, the right structure, and the right people. That’s exactly how we operate at Level. We’re thrilled to have her here, and so are our clients.”

— Patrick Patterson, CEO of Level Agency

“Level has earned an impressive reputation for data-driven marketing that fuels measurable growth. The team’s talent, energy, and client-first mindset, combined with the agency’s innovative culture, make this an especially exciting opportunity. I’m here to build powerful partnerships that deliver real business impact and to help shape what’s next for Level.”

— Lisa Hurst, Chief Client Officer

Hurst’s appointment reflects Level’s continued investment in executive leadership as the agency scales following the acquisitions of Becker Media, WebMechanix, and BAM Strategy. With more than 250 people across the US and Canada, Level serves clients in higher education, financial services, home services, technology, professional services, and CPG, where the buying journey is long, complex, and high-stakes.

Hurst joins Level Agency effective February 2026 and is based in the greater Chicago area.
