Pittsburgh, PA — December 5, 2025 — Level today announced two major honors at the AMA Marquee Awards, winning Best B2C Digital Marketing Campaign for its work with the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) and earning a finalist position in the same category for its AI-powered campaign for StrataTech Education Group. Both recognitions underscore Level’s ability to help education brands capture, convert, and keep more students through integrated performance, creative, and AI-driven strategy.
The winning AIM campaign transformed TikTok into a full funnel acquisition engine, modernizing how vocational education reaches Gen Z. By isolating creative as the primary performance variable, Level developed platform native, authenticity first video content showcasing real students, hands on training, and tangible aviation career paths. The result was a 66% lower CPL, hundreds of incremental conversions through Spark Ads, and more than 500 additional leads from creator partnerships.
The finalist StrataTech campaign redefined how AI can improve long cycle education marketing outcomes. Level built a predictive lead scoring model trained on two years of CRM enrollment data, then fed those scores into Google Ads as value based signals. This approach taught Google’s bidding AI to optimize for real enrollments instead of cheap leads. The strategy produced a 72% lift in lead to enrollment conversion and a 24% reduction in cost per enrollment, surpassing performance goals while strengthening alignment between marketing and admissions.
“These awards reflect what happens when creative, media, CRM, and AI operate as one system,” said Brad Stephenson, SVP of Marketing and Sales Enablement at Level. “AIM and StrataTech trusted us to challenge the playbook, test boldly, and tie every decision to real student outcomes. We’re proud to celebrate work that doesn’t just win awards — it helps education partners grow sustainably.”
Client partners echoed the impact of the collaborations.
“Partnering with Level has fundamentally changed how we approach lead generation and enrollment,” said Stephanie Gallo, Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations at StrataTech Education Group. “The predictive model shifted our focus from volume to quality, improving both marketing efficiency and admissions effectiveness.”
“These results directly strengthened our lead generation and application performance,” added Jason Pfaff, CEO of the Aviation Institute of Maintenance. “Level’s creative and strategic approach helped us outperform prior years by 30–40% each month, and we’re continuing to build on that momentum.”
These recognitions highlight Level’s broader commitment to AI-powered performance innovation across complex customer journeys. The work reflects the agency’s belief that good enough isn’t.
