We are proud to announce that Level agency is the largest marketing agency on the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 list for 2021.

Established in 2010, Level has grown into one of Pennsylvania’s most well-known and respected marketing agencies. We are fortunate to have achieved such monumental growth, especially during a challenging year. More than ever, businesses and brands need the data-driven, hypothesis-based marketing strategy Level has perfected. 

From 2018 to 2020, Level Agency generated 36% revenue growth, earning us a spot on the Fast 50 list. With 60 employees, we also are the largest agency to make the cut. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our staff, our client list keeps growing, allowing us to continue expanding our team of expert marketing professionals. And with our redesigned, hyper-personalized onboarding experience, our employees are hitting the ground running, better equipped to do their jobs.

While 2020 forced many agencies to make significant layoffs as businesses and brands let go of their agencies, Level’s lean approach to digital marketing facilitated quick pivots for clients, leading to significant year-over-year growth for our largest accounts. We go beyond just a digital marketing agency; we're strategic partners for our clients through whatever the world may throw at us – even a pandemic. 

And in 2021, we’re excited to take the agency even further with new improvements to how we work. At the end of 2020, we announced a new cross-functional team structure, disrupting the traditional discipline-based structure in favor of a more efficient, collaborative model. In our new structure, each team member has a dedicated number of clients in the same vertical (Business to Business, Education, Ecommerce). Teams can do better work as they're more familiar with each client they work with.
