Sarah Morgan (she/her) is currently the VP of People Operations for Level.

Prior to joining the Level team, Sarah spent over 20 years in HR and 10 years in DEI, leading organizations to build people-centric policies and processes with a lens on inclusion and equity.

Sarah’s advice and guidance on workplaces has been featured in major publications, including Forge by Medium, Fast Company, Essence, CNN, and Black Enterprise Magazine. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the UKG Workforce Institute and the Board of Directors at Marbles Kids Museum. Sarah is the creator and host of the Leading in Color podcast, and hosts the Inclusion Crusade show on the HR Happy Hour network. And Sarah was named to the 2023 Top 50 Chief Diversity Officers by COLOR Magazine.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Organizational Communication and Leadership from the University of Richmond as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. When not working, Sarah is a wife and mom with a blended family of 5 children. She enjoys mindlessly binging reality television, spending time with friends and family, reading, scrolling, eating, and long naps with her dog.
