Career Wins: Led testing the early model of cross functional teams at the agency. Becoming Testing Subject Matter Expert on the Client Partnership Center of Excellence. Founding member of Level’s ECOM-1 team. Won this award while planning my wedding.

The peer nominated PROUDY was developed in 2016 for employees living the values of the company. At Level, our bi-annual reviews reward dedicated employees with feedback and raises. The PROUDY is the HIGHEST award at Level Agency and is awarded to only two employees per year. The PROUDY is especially poignant considering peers nominate the recipients with numerous examples of them embodying Level’s values.
